Installation Assistant

Warmquest, located in Murray, Utah is seeking a full time person to assist in the installation service and production of our premier warming products. Warmquest is a Utah based leading distributor and installer of electric floor and space heating, surface snow melting, roof deicing, and heat tracing products. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the installation and service of deicing and warming products
• Assist in the production and warehousing of the company products
• Assist installation manager in making project notes
• Working both inside and outside during all seasons
• Working on ladders and on roofs
• Digging and grading for conduits and preparing of surfaces
• Assist in the installation of system cabling and components
• Moving, cutting and fitting of remesh for snow melting system
• Prepare and gather materials and tools for projects
• Test installed cables according to product specifications
• Troubleshoot issues with system cabling
• Complete paperwork such as timesheets, checklists, vehicle inspection reports, and service orders
• Product Packaging/Labeling
• Assist in Building Assemblies & Kits
• Small Part Soldering & Brazing
• Clean and organize truck at the end of each day
• General Warehouse Cleanup
• Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required as necessary

• Ability to climb ladders, and comfortably work on rooftops of varied pitches
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work
• Ability to learn technical aspects of our products and applications
• Demonstrate exceptional physical strength and stamina
• Able to work on knees with kneepads for a moderate amount of time
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75-100lbs occasionally
